No — Lendmark sits alongside it. It’s the neutral compliance and evidence layer: the tamper-evident record of condition, communication and certificates that stands up if a deposit or disrepair claim is ever raised.

How do properties get into my dashboard?

Any property where your agency account is a member appears automatically, grouped by client. Landlords and tenants document the property in the free Lendmark app and add you as the managing agent.

Can a tenant or landlord edit the record after the fact?

No. Photos, messages and Live Viewing videos are timestamped and dual-signed. The record is append-only — that’s what makes it dispute-ready.

What does it cost?

Is our data private?

Yes. Lendmark is built by a registered UK company, is UK GDPR-compliant, and uses row-level security so each account only ever sees its own properties. No ads, no tracking, no data sold.
